About

A digital agency that also runs the commerce side, because handing it back half-finished never worked.

Lead Strategy is a Canadian company built around one observation: most small businesses do not need more website. They need the part of it that brings work in to actually function — and someone to keep running it after launch day.

Why we exist

The usual arrangement fails in a predictable way. An agency builds a site, invoices, and leaves. Six months later the plugins are out of date, the contact form is delivering to a mailbox nobody reads, and the ad account is owned by a contractor who has stopped replying. Nothing looks broken, so nobody notices — and the business quietly stops receiving enquiries it paid for.

We built the four divisions so that gap has nowhere to open. Build makes the thing. Market brings people to it. Create supplies the material both need. Sell runs the commercial side once it is live. One team, one number to call, and no handoff where accountability disappears.

How we work

Six commitments, in writing
01

You own everything

Code, design files, raw footage, ad accounts, analytics, domains. Handover is a checklist, not a negotiation, and it happens whether you stay or leave.

02

Scoped before it starts

A written document with what gets built, what it costs, and what happens if the shape changes. No open-ended hourly drift.

03

Phased so each step pays for the next

The piece that earns fastest goes first. Stop after any phase and you still own something that works on its own.

04

Measured in revenue

One agreed number per engagement — enquiries, orders, gifts or bookings. Not impressions, not sessions, not a vanity dashboard.

05

We say no out loud

If a division is not the right fit, or a merch idea will not cover its own costs, you hear it before you spend rather than after.

06

No tricks that age badly

No link schemes, no dark-pattern checkouts, no forced account creation. They work briefly and then they cost you.

The four divisions

All sixteen services →

Software and sites, built to be handed over. Web applications, marketing sites, e-commerce development, and the integrations that stop data being retyped between your store, your email tool, your warehouse and your books.

Staging link every week · repository yours from day one

Demand work run from accounts you own. Paid advertising tagged to products and offers, search optimization without link schemes, email that your list will tolerate, and one dashboard with the numbers you actually check.

Reported in revenue · monthly, in plain language

The material everything else needs. Product films and photography, podcast and audio production, brand and design assets with a usage guide people will read, and copy written in the language customers actually use.

Raw files delivered · they are yours

Running the commerce side day to day so you are not living in an admin panel. Storefront operation, digital download distribution and licensing, merchandise programs, and marketplace listings kept consistent with your own store.

Working with us

Bring the problem, not the specification.

You do not need to arrive knowing whether it is a build problem, a marketing problem or an operations problem. Describing what is not happening — enquiries down, orders flat, nobody can update the site — is enough for us to scope it.
