Tell us what needs to happen first.

You do not need a specification. Describing what is not happening — enquiries down, orders flat, nobody can update the site — is enough for us to scope it and quote it in writing.

So we know who we are replying to.

We reply from a real address, not a no-reply.

Helps us look at the site before we reply.

Rough is fine. We will tell you if it is really a different problem.

The more specific, the faster we can scope it.

Online delivery is being configured. Please email hello@leadstrategy.ca in the meantime.

By sending this you agree we can email you back about it. Nothing else — no list, no sequence.

What happens next

Three steps, no pitch deck

  • One. We read it and look at your site properly before replying.
  • Two. A short call, or an email exchange if you would rather not book one.
  • Three. A written scope with the price, the phases, and what we need from you.
Honest note

Sometimes the answer is no

If a division is not the right fit for you, or the site was never the constraint, we will say so before you spend anything. That is cheaper for both of us than finding out in month three.

28Weeks, typical first phase

Before you write

The four questions we are asked most

It depends on the phase, which is why we scope in writing before quoting. What we can tell you now: the first phase is deliberately the smallest useful piece, typically two to eight weeks depending on sector, and it is priced as a fixed number rather than an open hourly.

Fixed scope · fixed price · phased

No. Plenty of clients hire Build once and run their own marketing, or hire Market for an existing site we did not make. The divisions exist so nothing falls between vendors — not to force a bundle.

Hire one · hire all four

You do, from day one. The repository, the design files, the raw footage, the ad accounts, the analytics and the domains are all in your name. Handover is a checklist we complete whether you continue with us or not.

No hostage-taking · no locked accounts

We are Canadian and most of our work is here, which matters for tax handling on digital sales, charity receipting and bilingual requirements. We do take work elsewhere — just ask, and we will be straight about where our local knowledge stops.
